Important information
The weekday ticket is valid only on the booked Monday to Friday date and within the booked one-hour entry slot, and visitors must enter within that slot; arriving outside it does not guarantee entry. On weekdays with a later opening time, the first slot starts at that time. The 20:00 slot runs to 21:30, which is also last entry. Once inside, visitors can stay until closing at 22:00, but there is no re-entry once the ticket has been scanned.
Every visitor needs a ticket, whatever their age. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and the lead booker must be over 18. Anyone with a ticket for a ride or attraction also needs an entry ticket.
Every bag is searched at every gate, so checks can slow entry at busy times. Only handbags or small rucksacks up to A4 size are allowed; suitcases, scooters and bikes are not permitted, and there is no left-luggage facility or general cloakroom. Prohibited items include glass, own alcohol, open drinks (sealed water is accepted), chairs and stools, drones, fireworks, knives, lasers and selfie sticks or tripods, and fancy dress is not allowed. Outside food is not allowed, except baby food or medically required food.
Cash is accepted on site, and all bars and stalls take contactless cards. Dogs are allowed on a lead and under control, but not in rides or attractions except assistance dogs.
Cancellation policy
The ticket is non-refundable. Once purchased, the date and time cannot be changed.
