Important information
Entry is valid only for the booked date and one-hour entry slot, and visitors must enter within that slot; arriving outside it does not guarantee entry. Slot start times run up to 20:00, and the 20:00 slot runs to 21:30, which is also last entry. Once inside, visitors can stay until closing at 22:00, but there is no re-entry once the ticket has been scanned.
The package is a fixed bundle set by the organiser: its elements cannot be swapped, and the times of any attraction with a set session cannot be changed. One package ticket per person is scanned at each included attraction, alongside the entry ticket. Packages are sold online only and are not available at the event.
Skaters should arrive at the rink 20 minutes before their session, which starts on the hour and lasts 45 minutes. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied on the ice by a skating adult aged 18 or over, phones and cameras are not allowed on the ice, and the rink operates in all weather. The Magical Ice Kingdom is kept at minus 10°C and takes around 15 to 20 minutes to walk through. Riders on the Real Ice Slide must be at least 90 cm tall, and it is the only attraction that is not wheelchair accessible.
Ride and Game Credit can be spent at any ride or game stall on site and is valid only together with a valid entry ticket; any credit left over can be used on a later visit during the 2026/27 season.
Every visitor needs a ticket, whatever their age. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and the lead booker must be over 18.
Every bag is searched at every gate, so checks can slow entry at busy times. Only handbags or small rucksacks up to A4 size are allowed; suitcases, scooters and bikes are not permitted, and there is no left-luggage facility or general cloakroom. Prohibited items include glass, own alcohol, open drinks (sealed water is accepted), chairs and stools, drones, fireworks, knives, lasers and selfie sticks or tripods, and fancy dress is not allowed. Outside food is not allowed, except baby food or medically required food.
Cancellation policy
The ticket is non-refundable. Once purchased, the date and time cannot be changed.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland has been held in Hyde Park since 2007, when it began as an open-air Christmas market with a few funfair rides, the Ice Rink and the Giant Wheel. The park covers 350 acres, and money raised from the event is reinvested in the Royal Parks. The site has four entrance gates: Red Gate to the east, Blue Gate to the south, Green Gate to the west and Gold Gate to the north, each with a signposted accessible queuing lane.
